Scott Predny joined Fowler Predny Legal in 2010 whilst studying Law at the University of Newcastle. He gained a wide range of practical experience working in all areas of the firm’s practice while completing his studies.

Scott graduated from the University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in 2013, completing the College of Law in 2014. He was admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court in 2014.

Scott has a keen interest in family Law, particularly in parenting matters, where he helps clients to navigate these difficult matters with compassion and care.

Scott also has a wide range of experience in Wills and estate matters (including contested estate matters), conveyancing matters and criminal matters. Scott has represented clients at hearings in the District Courts and Local Courts in Newcastle, Toronto, Wyong, Gosford and in the Supreme Court in Sydney. He has appeared in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in Newcastle, Parramatta, Sydney and in Melbourne.

Scott is dedicated to making difficult aspects of the law easy to understand and is a compassionate and caring professional who will make sure that you get the results you need. He understands that your reason for engaging a solicitor may be quite stressful and is committed to guiding you through the complexities of the law so that you reach a favourable resolution.

Scott has always lived in the local area and he and his wife are raising their family in the beautiful Lake Macquarie environs. Outside of his law practice he has a passion for football (both as a keen Newcastle Jets supporter and playing the game himself), reading and board games.
